Makes estimates of time and materials needed for task completion.  Finalize the work order by completing the necessary paperwork. Monitors, operates, and provides routine maintenance to HVAC and other building equipment and systems. Performs daily inspection of building systems including, but not limited to, fire alarms, HVAC and plumbing. Respond to tenant complaints/requests and follow up on ongoing problems.
